Payment Terms & Disclaimer Payment is due within 40 days from the invoice date (Net 40). All amounts are payable in full without deduction, set-off, or withholding. The client is responsible for all collection costs, including reasonable attorney fees and court costs, in the event of late payment or default. Acceptance of services and/or receipt of this invoice constitutes agreement to these payment terms. No additional terms or modifications shall apply unless agreed in writing and signed by both parties. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without notice in case of overdue payment. Title to any goods (if applicable) remains with [Ethericmedic.co.uk] until full payment is received. Please ensure payment is made by the due date to avoid any late fees or service interruptions.
