Step One -
Choose Your Service and Payment fees
Pre-Session booking
Please select the service you would like, choose your preferred time slot, and reserve your timeslot.

Please note that your service will not be completed on the exact date and time you select. It will be scheduled and completed within 7 days of your booking. This flexible scheduling helps prevent “entity hot-stepping”.
​
I will email you a Client Booking Form that needs to be filled out before I can proceed with your service. You will also need to pay the deposit, which is half the full session price. (Payment in full is preferred if possible.)

We require the following details:

The name and email address of the person booking the service (the client)

The full name, date of birth, and location of the person who will receive the healing (the recipient)

Once you’ve completed and returned the Client Booking Form to me, and I have confirmed it is fully completed and the booking deposit has been paid, I’ll move forward and complete your service as soon as possible — within 7 days. If this is not possible for any reason, I will contact you and refund your deposit if you choose not to receive your booked session.

Prevention of Entity Hot-stepping
Entity Hot-Stepping
The entities we clear during our services are highly intelligent and possess strong telepathic abilities. This means they can often read your thoughts and use that awareness to reduce the effectiveness of our healing work.
​
When a specific clearing time is booked by a client mainly when that client is also the recipient of the healing work our team provides, also if the client is in close proximity to the recipient. These entities get the opportunity to “hot-step” — they temporarily leave the recipients etheric field just before the scheduled session with our team. We then complete our healing work and the entities remain on standby hiding away from our healing team, waiting for a moment when the recipients vibration is lowered and again they seek re-attach to the recipients etheric field. The 7 day window is key to avoiding hot-stepping, See section four for more details on how to deal with entity hot-stepping.

This is why we use a flexible 7-day booking window instead of exact appointment times — it helps prevent entities from timing their exit and helps make the clearings much more thorough and long-lasting.​​

Step Three -
Post clearing Aftercare and Payment
Post Session

Once your session has been completed, I will email you with confirmation and send your personalised Client Clearing Findings PDF.
​
I will then invoice you for the second half of the Full fee if you only paid the minimum deposit (1st half of the fee) This should be paid within 30 calendar days.
​
Your Client Findings PDF will present our findings, detail what was cleared, and include any aftercare advice provided by the spirit guides who worked on your healing. The information will be presented in a clear, structured report format. We ask that you do not share our findings on social media. All findings are for entertainment purposes only, and we are not medically trained, so please seek advice from a healthcare professional before taking any actions based on our findings.

The email containing your Client Findings PDF includes a detailed explanation of the terminology used in your report PDF. Additionally, our website features a terminology page to assist with any further explanations you may need in the future.

2 Tier Payment Options:

I use this payment method to help clients who may struggle with getting the founds to pay for our Healing work in full. This way helps clients pay for our healing work in more affordable way.​

All payments must be made in full by 30 calendar days post clearing. Failure to pay within this period will result in the matter being escalated to a legal process.
We may also ask you to pay up front if we have had payment issues with you in the past.

We Require Respect When Contacting Us.
Please remember that we are people too and are doing our best to assist you. We will always treat you with respect, empathy, and a genuine desire to help resolve your concerns. However, we will not work with clients who are rude, sarcastic, or use threatening behavior. If we receive communication of this nature, we will cease all further contact—no additional messages will be answered, and no further services will be provided.

Step four -
7 day window and feedback post clearing
The 7-Day Window​
​
This is a key aspect of our healing work: we clear the recipient’s etheric field of any external intrusions, restoring their spiritual sovereignty. However, during the 7-day window after the clearance, if the recipient re-engages in activities that lower their vibration—such as drugs, alcohol, pornographic material, or negative media like horror movies—they may open themselves back up to negative influences, ultimately undoing our healing work.

If our spirit guide highlights that the recipient is repeatedly booking clearances without taking self-ownership of their spiritual energy, we will not be able to provide our services.

Feedback Request

Seven days after your clearing, I will send you a follow-up email with a request for feedback.
​
We strive to provide the most professional service possible, and your feedback helps us understand your experience and engagement with our services.
We would love to know how our healing work has helped resolve and improve any issues that were affecting you.
​
Please feel free to express yourself as openly and authentically as possible. However, we kindly ask that you refrain from negative, rude, or aggressive behaviour in your response.
​
Life can be hard, and we approach this work with compassion—we all need help sometimes. Our healing service is here for you as a fresh start to truly begin your healing journey, not as a way to maintain negative habits.
​
If you’re a client booking for a recipient (such as a partner, sibling, or friend) to help them with negative behaviours, toxic situations, entrapment in cults, or associates using addictions to entrap them—we salute you. I totally understand, as I am a father myself and would do anything to support my child.
​
Ultimately, their journey is their own to master, and some amount of responsibility falls on them to empower themselves on their healing path. We kindly ask you to be mindful of co-dependent habits: for the effects of our healing services to last, the recipient must genuinely want to change and needs to separate themselves from the situations that lead to their negativity.
